Content Policy & Takedowns

Every game on Playbreak has a license record before it is published: first-party originals, openly licensed games (with attribution and source links), authorized distributor embeds, or direct developer permission. We do not host ROMs, emulators, or unlicensed franchise content.

If you are a rights holder and believe content on Playbreak infringes your rights, contact us at contact@playbreak.site with the game URL and the basis of your claim. We unpublish disputed content promptly while we review, and developers can request removal of their own games at any time.

Every published game is tracked in an internal license register recording its source, license terms, and review status before it goes live — see our Terms of Service for how third-party embedded content is licensed.
