These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Playbreak, a free browser-games portal at https://playbreak.site (the "Service", "we", "us"). By using Playbreak, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use Playbreak only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. See Section "Children's Use of the Service" below.

This document reflects Playbreak's actual current practices as accurately as we can describe them. It is a genuine, usable policy — not a stub — but it has not been reviewed by a licensed attorney and should not be treated as a substitute for one.

The Service

Playbreak is a free, browser-based portal for playing casual games during short breaks. It includes first-party games we own outright, and third-party games licensed from and hosted by distributor networks (currently GameMonetize and GamePix), loaded inside an iframe from the distributor's own servers. Playbreak does not charge for access and does not require an account.

No Accounts — Guest-Only Model

Playbreak does not offer or require user accounts, registration, or sign-in. You use the Service entirely as a guest. Personalization — recently played games, favorites, personal best scores, and recent searches — is generated and stored only in your own browser's local storage, and is never sent to or stored on our servers. User Conduct

When using Playbreak, you agree that you will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, its code, or its admin systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including via scraping, bots, or denial-of-service activity;
• Attempt to bypass or disable any security or access-control feature of the Service;
• Transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code through the Service;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate Playbreak or any other person or entity;
• Reverse-engineer or extract the source code of first-party games or the platform, except where prohibited by law;
• Frame, mirror, or embed Playbreak's own pages on another site without prior written permission.

We reserve the right, without obligation, to restrict or terminate access for any visitor who violates these Terms, at our discretion.

Intellectual Property

The Playbreak name, logo, site design, first-party games, and all original code, art, and text created by Playbreak are owned by Playbreak and protected by applicable IP law. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial enjoyment of the Service only.

Games delivered via GameMonetize and GamePix remain the property of their respective developers and/or distributors, made available to Playbreak under those networks' distribution agreements. Playbreak does not claim ownership of embedded third-party games.

Third-Party Services

Most games on Playbreak are delivered inside an iframe served directly by GameMonetize (html5.gamemonetize.co) or GamePix (play.gamepix.com). When you play one of these games, you are interacting with a page controlled by that third-party network, not Playbreak. That network — and the advertising partners it works with — may set its own cookies and collect data about your session, outside Playbreak's visibility or control, governed by that network's own terms and privacy policy.

Playbreak may also link to other third-party websites we do not control and are not responsible for.

Advertising

Playbreak's own pages do not currently display ads. We publish a public/ads.txt file, a standard mechanism authorizing sellers permitted to sell ad inventory on Playbreak's behalf — today that authorization applies only to advertising inside the embedded GameMonetize and GamePix game iframes, not our own outer pages.

We plan to introduce advertising on our own pages in the future once traffic supports it. Before that happens, this page and our Privacy Policy will be updated to disclose the specific providers and any consent mechanisms involved.

Children's Use of the Service

Playbreak is a general-audience, study-break games site with no age gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children, because we have no account system or server-side data collection of our own. Some games are delivered via third-party iframes (GameMonetize, GamePix) whose advertising partners may use tracking technologies we do not control — see our Privacy Policy, "Children's Privacy", for detail. Parents or guardians with concerns can reach us using the contact below.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service, including all first-party and third-party embedded games, is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that any embedded third-party game will function correctly (since it runs on infrastructure we don't control), or that any data stored in your browser will be preserved if lost.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Playbreak and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to use Playbreak — which, as a free service, is ordinarily zero. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, so they may not apply to you.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above whenever we do, and material changes will be reflected here before or at the time they take effect. Continued use after a change is posted means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions, and any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
