Green Slaughter

About

You play a lone fighter cutting through hordes of mutated creatures while a loose conspiracy plot strings the missions together. Combat leans on crowd control — funneling groups of monsters into your line of fire and upgrading weapons between missions to keep pace with tougher spawns. The story mostly exists to keep moving you to the next fight, and that's fine, because the fighting is what holds up.

Controls

Move with WASD and aim and shoot with the mouse.

Tips

• Retreat toward corridors when a horde swarms — open ground lets multiple monsters flank you at once.
• Save upgrade currency for whichever weapon has the widest spread; crowd control beats single-target damage here.
